18jil Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 18jil online gaming platform, including the website located at 18jil.org, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, gaming content, account management systems, payment processing features, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 18jil platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 18jil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the same binding agreement.

18jil reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

To use the 18jil Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date you register an account with 18jil.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.
• You are accessing the Services from within the Republic of the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of 18jil, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own account and not as an agent for any third party.

18jil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the minimum age will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 18jil cooperates fully with PAGCOR and relevant authorities in cases involving underage account access.

To access the real-money features of the 18jil platform, you must register a single personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose — including circumventing limits, claiming bonuses more than once, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 18jil is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, 18jil is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID.
• Source of funds documentation, at 18jil's discretion, for accounts with significant transaction volumes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 18jil may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. 18jil reserves the right to hold pending withdrawals pending KYC completion.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify 18jil immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 18jil is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

18jil accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the platform's Cashier section, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph. Accepted payment methods may be added or removed at 18jil's discretion without prior notice. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya; minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 18jil balance instantly for GCash and Maya; bank transfer credits may take up to 30 minutes.
• 18jil does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening and may be held pending review if flagged by 18jil's compliance systems.

Subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, you may request a withdrawal of funds from your 18jil account at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.

5.1 Processing Times and Limits

• GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• 18jil reserves the right to apply enhanced review procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

18jil reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, review of account activity, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Where a withdrawal is declined, 18jil will provide written notice stating the grounds, subject to applicable legal and regulatory constraints. Any withdrawal request that forms part of a money laundering, fraud, or abuse investigation may be referred to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.

18jil may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.

• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used in conjunction with real-money play and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 18jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where 18jil has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in circumvention of these Terms, the bonus and all derived winnings may be voided.

All games available on the 18jil platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. 18jil's decision regarding the outcome of any game round, wager settlement, or bonus attribution is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

7.1 Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the 18jil platform are certified by independent testing laboratories and operate within the parameters specified by the relevant game providers. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under professionally supervised studio conditions and are verifiably random.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, 18jil will make reasonable efforts to determine the fair outcome of the affected round and settle it accordingly. 18jil is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's side. Bets placed during a confirmed technical failure on the platform side will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18jil platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether using the same or different personal information).
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to interact with 18jil's gaming systems without prior written authorisation.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating payment disputes or chargebacks in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 18jil platform or using the platform for any purpose contrary to Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA, as amended).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account credentials or using another person's account.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 18jil platform.

18jil is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum gaming session durations with automatic logout and cooldown reminders.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 18jil platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the 18jil platform (the "IP") are the exclusive property of 18jil or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 18jil IP beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the 18jil IP without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of 18jil IP may result in account termination and civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 18jil and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 18jil platform or Services.

The 18jil platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. 18jil does not warrant that the platform will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

18jil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold or forfeit balances, and refuse future access to the platform at any time and without prior notice where 18jil has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
• Regulatory obligations require account restriction or closure.
• You have been identified as a self-excluded player under any PAGCOR or 18jil self-exclusion register.
• You are discovered to be under 21 years of age.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 18jil support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified account balance will be processed for return to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. Funds associated with active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account decisions, or these Terms, you should first contact 18jil's customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your concern. 18jil will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through this process, unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's Player Services division for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.

18jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the 18jil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account and cease use of the platform.
